Went to Denver last night with my best friend, got into clubs with her sugar daddy-type guy, drank.. I don’t know, a long island iced tea, 2 washington apples, and something with 151. I got fucked up. Got home, I ended up locking myself out of my room, slept in my roommate’s bed, then now this morning my friend broke into my room for me, and my door’s like ripped in half-ish....
I still need to go to the gym. and shower. and do my hair. and go by my family’s party tonight. and eat. and drive to denver for the night. And It’s almost 7pm.
I just lost all interest to party tonight for some reason. No idea why, but now I’m all meh about everything. I went and partied in Boulder last night which was great, but now.. Idk. I’m still going to go out, but.. don’t really feel like it.

I just weighed myself and am at 156.2. I was sure that I was going to go back to 160, because of lifting yesterday and waking up to late, just for kicks decided to weigh myself anyway, but I guess I did good :) Helps that I even met my water goal and everything! I’m excited..
4 miles, 46 minutes and 15 seconds. Not bad at all, considering that was about my time when I did my first 5k 3 years ago in high school. I was so tired, but I was like, “Okay, I’ll run for three minutes, then I’ll take a break..” and just kept making deals with my body that I only had to deal with it a little longer. Pretty happy with myself, even if I am a crazy person...

But then I went to the gym. And did HIIT for 3.1 miles. In 38 minutes. I was completely drenched in sweat and was like the brightest shade of red I’d ever seen myself, but it made me feel soooo much better. It was a really hard workout, but making myself go to the gym and everything seemed to fix me :)

Got up at 6am today!
I was very productive at the gym this morning, ran a mile on the treadmill and did almost my entire arm workout for the day :) Post workout, I made a strawberry-blueberry green monster with almond milk and vanilla soy protein and ground flax seed- gross. I’m still trying to finish it. And this is the day I was greeted with, kinda gloomy but nice :)
Goals for this week:
-drink 10 cups of water every day -workout 2x a day every day, morning and night -have a smoothie every day -NO fast food! -get sexy boots for my Halloween costume! It’s going to be a good week. :)
