So I ended up sleeping in instead of going to take my physics test (I’m awful.). Anyway, I just got up, feeling fat, but still weighed myself. 154.6!! And I’m still sore from zumba, now I’m going to shower, eat, make myself lunch (probably some salad and slimfast), and then go to work. Tonight- Capoeira Women’s event! So excited.

I am getting up at like 4:00 am to go to the gym and work out and do the 5:30 am spinning class, then do the sauna and go home. So I set my goal to hopefully hit 149 this week, which is going to be tough, especially considering all I have to eat is like eggs, steamed vegetables, and pasta. No snacks, no cereal, no lettuce. I wanna buy slimfast, lettuce, wheat bread, I don’t know what else..

I’ve decided I want to train for that 10 mile race in June. I encountered an article in the Runner’s World magazine website that helps you train for it in like 6 weeks.
