Today was pretty fantastic.

I'm a relatively healthy person.

It's almost summer!!
I haven’t been in school or anything, but still.
Sooooo… my favorite thing to do is make lists, particularly of goals, so this is what I want to do this summer!

I didn't think it was possible
to feel as sore as I am right now.
It’s not as bad as after the marathon of course, but considering my soreness is from capoeira yesterday, it’s crazy. I have not been this sore from capoeira probably since this workshop we had where we had a Brazilian guest instructor come in to kick our asses like half a year ago. Hurts so good.

I think I could safely say I kicked ass today.
I went to capoeira for an hour, then hung out with all my capoeira buddies for a bit. I forgot how active everyone is in capoeira, that it’s not just me. So I had a bit of an unsettled stomach during my workout, so it was hard to go through, but I stuck it out. Half the machines I needed were messed up, so my workout was cut short on a few things. Plus, I only had about an hour to do everything.

Let me recount the day for you-
Got to sleep in til almost 11am
Got to workout at the gym
Did awesome at the gym
My mom made me turkey burgers cooked in coconut oil
Got to take a nap
Went to my first day of working at a bar (though I did get super creeped on by a dude that was drunk by 8pm)
Was let off work at 11pm
Made $35 in 3 hours
