Crazy things on my mind:
Switching from the 50k to 50 miler race that I’m signed up for in September. Though, doing that and having Chicago the week after… I’ll need to do some more consulting first.

My body needed a good week or two recovery after my ultra. I didn’t push it and I’m glad because I have had no injuries to speak of, but that is just me. It really just depends on your specific training plan. Your body may be able to handle it:)
