I’ve been meaning to try doing the whole active recovery thing for awhile but hadn’t gotten around to it.
So today I had time, so I went and lifted and stuff.
Warmed up with rowing, then did upper body weights.
Followed that with an hour-ish of cardio.
1.55 miles on the treadmill. 17 minutes.
8.6 miles on the bike. 45 minutes.
Biking is hard.
